I received a damaged or faulty product. What should I do?

Unfortunately this happens from time-to-time. If you have received a damaged or faulty product we'll gladly organise a replacement item. We ask that you notify us of any product defects or damages incurred during transit within 24 hours of receipt of the product. You can contact us directly by email or phone to organise your replacement order.

Please note that our products are handmade so there may be slight variations in colour and imperfections in some items. This is generally celebrated and considered an enhancement of the product.
