My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

Our standard lead times are 2-3 weeks. If your order hasn't arrived after that period we first recommend that you check whether you have received a tracking notification email from our courier. If you have received a tracking email this means that your order has been dispatched. The email should also advise on the expected delivery date of your order.

If you have received no tracking email and have placed and paid for your order over three weeks ago then there may be an issue. We apologise for this. In this instance contact us directly and we'll advise accordingly.
