Will I be contacted when my order has been dispatched?

When we dispatch your order your email address is provided to the courier. Once processed the courier will send you a tracking notification with an estimated delivery date. This also serves as our dispatch notification and helps keep the number of emails that we send you to a minimum.

The courier will not, however, contact you by phone before attempting delivery. Unfortunately this is not a service that any of our couriers provide. If you are not available to accept delivery at the delivery address on the date of delivery the courier will return your order to their warehouse. You will be contacted again by the courier to arrange another suitable delivery date.
